What is the best all-round slingshot?

The one that You can handle easy. Too tide the rubber bands & you are going to miss the target from your shivering hand. Too lose & you loose the target because it will never get there. I work with it very long time but the 6/10 of success I did not manager to make yet. That is the 23 meters distance of cource.
