When to apply vitamin e on new tattoo?

After you get a new tattoo you wait 3 hours before taking off the covering (usually seranwrap and first aid tape) then you use a PAPERTOWEL soaked in very hot water and press firmly against new tatt and rub down until no ink appears on the paper towel. Allow tatt to air dry for one night and day. After that you should wash your hands with anitbacterial soap and apply webber's vitamin e ointment twice daily for 7 days.
