How do you read peoples mind and know everything about them?

Well i have read someones mind and they have read mine but how nobody knows so hears some advice put your fourhead next to someone else's then u can read each others minds thats not how read my friends mind i was far apart from her and we read each others minds and the fourhead thing it works because i tried it!
