As a bisexual man i think it looks great when you look at a mans penis and testicles and see only the skin.

I love the look and feel of no hair when i shave my genitals as much for the look of having no hair it feels more sexy when you have underwear on like silk shorts.

Or no underwear in some circumstance's.
