This is what i did a few nights ago. I took my last shot about 2pm - it was a big one - I put about .6 grams (tar) in it, and I tried not to fall asleep, (nod off), and then around 6 I took 3 xanax bars and knocked my self out till about 5 the next day. As soon as I got up, I took 2 subs. Make sure you put them under your tongue, or they will not work. Then, about 3 hours later, I was king of feeling bad. I just ached everywhere, and I took one more.
