Why students fail to transfer what they learn?

One reason might be just a pure lack of passion, a love for what they want to do. This relates to a lack of vision; A specific and clearly articulated picture of the future they intend to create for themselves. Thus, this leads to lack of motivation and undefined career goals and objectives. Without this, information is not only difficult to transfer, but it is often lost altogether. Passion, a plan (road-map), and a positive attitude are critical for success.
