Do bee hives just disappear

Some species of Bumble Bees are becoming threatened, and measures are in place to transfer some from New Zealand (where they were introduced into) back to Britain.

Monoculture may be one cause of bee collapse, and insecticides may be another. (Monoculture may limit the protein varieties available to the bees.)
