How do you ask to go on the pill?

you might feel wierd but sit your parents down or your mom because its easier talking to your mom about this, and tell her you want to be on the pill. Explain to her why and see what she says. All i did was go to the doctors for a check up and told them i wanted on it and my parents didnt care. they asked why and i told them that i was having sex and they were mad but glad that i want to be protected
