What is the value of 1988 Winston cup umi yearbook?

I have a mint copy of the 1988 yearbook and wouldn't part with it for anything less that $400.00. That year is the most sought after year for thr entire series. I have them all and I would sell just that one book,it's all or nothing. Steve
