well it depends were!!! if you're looking to ride for fun and live in the suburbs then its not a very good investment, unless your backyard is pretty large and you have some gear headed, EXTREMELY nice
people living around you, you can ride on private properties (of course it has to be your own) and the mini bikes have to stay off of sidewalks, streets, and other public areas... if you know of someone who owns a couple of acres of land out in the country, or if that's you then you can do whatever you want, but keep in concideration that the people around you do have the ability to send the city a note saying your too loud so keep a good muffler on them and don't run them without one. also if you look online depending on where you live there may be some trails around you that let you ride small motorized vehicles on, but your going to want suspenstion for it if you plan on anything like that....i hope that answers you question!
