What are the rules for playing war cards?

In the card game War, players each draw a card from their deck and the player with the higher card wins both cards. If the cards are of equal value, a "war" occurs where players draw three more cards and the player with the higher fourth card wins all the cards. The game continues until one player has all the cards.
