What is the yellow stuff you throw up while your pregnant?

Poor you! It's bile, and that means that you have an empty stomach. It's horrible to throw up bile. I sympathize.

An empty stomach will probably make you feel even more sick, so try and eat anything that you can face. Don't worry about healthy eating until you feel better, just eat what you can face. Your baby will be taking nutrients anyway.

Do make sure you drink lots of water, in small lots, or you may become dehydrated. If you are being sick several times a day mention it to your doctor.
