How do you find the sum of two fractions?

First you find the common denominator then add the numerators divide the numerator by the common denominator!

Example:

24divided by 131 = 5r11 24 *5=????

so easier would be 25*5 wich in money is 1 25 so 24*5 +120 131-120 =11 so on top we should have 5r11 if u dont get this please update this it was written by a middle schooler! sorry if its wrong:( i know it isn't though
