How do you skip the intro for Spore?

To skip the intro for Spore, simply press the "Esc" key on your keyboard during the opening sequence. Alternatively, you can click the mouse button or hit the spacebar to fast-forward through the intro animations. If you want to bypass the intro entirely in future sessions, you can also start the game with the "SporeApp.exe -nointro" command in a shortcut's properties.
