At the end of Breaking Dawn when Bella sHow is Edward her thoughts and she proclaims she loves him more and he mentions an exception is he speaking of himself towards her or of Nessie?

She was saying that no one has ever loved anyone else as much as she loves Edward. He said he knew of an exception. That exception was the love he felt for Bella. OMG Edward Cullen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
