What do you do if your front loading washing machine says Controls Locked?

Well it really depends on the type of washing machine you have, but for most washing machines you should turn it off then wait about a minute and see if it is working and doesn't say controls locked if it still says that I would contact the store that you bought it from and ask for costomer help.
