Here are 2 ways that will work if done properly:

1. Get 2 adult aliens (any gender) and keep them back to back in the same egg and putty for between 2 weeks and 1 month in the fridge.

2. Get 1 adult alien (any gender) and keep in egg with ice cube for about 1 to 5 weeks in fridge.

Here is how to look after your pregnant alien(s):

1. Keep the alien in the fridge.

2. Check on it every day.

3. Keep its egg and putty secure and clean.

here is how to help give birth to a newborn alien:

1. If there is holes in the pregnant alien's back it means the baby is ready to be born.

2. Squeeze the Mother/Father alien's head firmly. The baby should ease out of 1 of the holes.

3. If that doesn't work, squeeze its head and bottom.

4. If it STILL doesn't work, the baby might not be ready or you are not squeezing enough.
