No schedule or appointment is needed for Reservationless Conference Calling, but the first step would be to inform the individuals of a time, date and also have Reservationless-Plus dial-in number, once in the call press the '*' key to identify yourself, enter in your Leader pin number followed by the '#' key. Press 1 to start your conference, or press 2 to change your options, and finally if the security passcode is enabled you will join the conference.
