You have two options. One is you can find a thank you card at the stores that says exactly what you want to say or you can personally address the individual and say Dear so&so. Thank you very much for the beautiful gift basket. Mention the items included in the basket and how they will be enhancing your days. Like if it were jellies and fruits say the jellies and fruits will allow me to have wonderful meals for breakfast. Your thoughtfulness in thinking of me will be a cherished memory. Sincerely, --------
