Are any of your ideas really your own?

That's a hard question to answer, but really it depends on how you define "your own" Most things that have been created in this world, especially music, and other artistic pursuits, have been influenced by different things, stories, the earth, and even other things that have been created before.

So in essence, there aren't really any ideas that you create yourself from nothing, something has to be there to trigger it, but when you develop that small spark of an idea, create it stronger than the original spark, that's when it becomes your own.
