Will I get in trouble if caught by the police smoking marijuana with a minor in the car but I have my medical card?

You are not allowed to even drive under the influence even if it is medical mj. CPS can get involved if you don't use common sense to not smoke in an enclosed area with a minor who can't leave that area.
