Keith Mitchell was the Prime Minister of Grenada in 1997.

Leader of the New National Party, Mitchell first came to power on 1995 June 22 as his party took 8 of 15 seats. The party was re-elected to party on 1999 and 2003 before being defeated 8 seats to 7 seats by the National Democratic Congress led by Tillman Thomas, whom took over as Prime Minister on 2008 July 9, ending Mitchell's 13 years as Prime Minister. In 2013 The New National Party again swept all 15 seats, and Keith Mitchell became Prime Minister of Grenada again on 2013 February 20.
