How do you file complaint about manheim auto auction?

"as is roof not inspected no arbitration" what a way to do business! you pay $450 in buy fees for an RV and take your chances wish I could get away with doing business that way, collect your money and and you're off the hook. Its not like I have a lot of choices where to buy RV's so I guess one could say that they've got you by the "buy fees"
