You could try: the Child Advocate for your state; the Child Welfare department for your state (some may say this approach will lead to all kinds of negative fall-out, but how will you achieve emancipation without that?); School counselor if you have (or had) one that you trusted. You could look up the laws governing this in your state, or even contact the state's Attorney General's office for applicable laws. Probably, any steps you take will have to involve major attempts to correct the issues that are leading you to want emacipation. Be prepared for this, and maybe the situation can be worked out.
