When Oceanic meets Continental, it doesn't work out so well for the ocean. See, it subducts under the larger and denser continent, then melting down into the molten magma that can be found under our crust. This reaction forms volcanoes, and mountains, too. Crazy how one thing starts a whole chain of other stuff, huh?
