Unfortunately, the Holy Bible is often referred to as the number one 'dust collector' in many homes - indicating how infrequently it is opened for reading/study.

However, besides being simply a book on a shelf or a weight for some, it is sometimes called 'Mankind's Instruction Manual' by those who hold it in very high regard.

For biblical students and some others who venture to know what it says, it is a main study guide. For many others it is for their reading pleasures as it can relate to many types of experiences we humans encounter in our lifetimes.
