How do you tell a girl she is special?

Ok. There isn't a special way that you are going to be able to tell her. But you need to tell her what you like about her. You need to tell her the things that sets her apart from all the other girls like her eyes, smile, etc. She will think about it when she goes to sleep. She will wonder what else you think about her and then she will be crazy about you! :)
