Can a parent have a 19 year old son emancipated in NYS?

No, becase at the age 18 you are what they call "automaticly emancipated" and concidered an adult so if the want you out the house they can leaglly give you 30 days,after that they can call the local police department and have you removed if your causing problems or take you to court.
