Can you change your gender with a spell?

While there are "shape-shifter" spells and similar, there are no reports nor evidence of anyone ever changing their sex using any sort of witchcraft or other magic. So there are no spells you can use to change your gender, though rituals to attempt to do so abound. You cannot wave a magic wand to change genders since magic is mostly only make-believe.

So in the absence of such magic, your only option is to see mental health practitioners, an endocrinologist, and eventually surgeons.
