How much does the losing team get in the super bowl?

According to About.com the losing players get paid $42,000 as a bonus for making it to but not winning the Super Bowl. The same site says that the winning team's players get $83,000. Also, the Super Bowl MVP usually gets a special prize, in recent years it has been a new car.
