Is it ok for a dog to lick spearm?

Their are people who have their dog lick their own vagina so since a vagina does have bacteria, so does sperm. If a dog can lick a vagina and not get effected negatively, then it is okay for a dog to lick sperm. But I am not suggesting it. That is very disgusting and unsanitary.
