In greek mythology who created women?

Zeus created the first woman, Pandora, to get back at Prometheus for betraying him. Pandora married Prometheus' brother, Epimetheus, and later opened a box given to her by Zeus. This released all of the evils that are now known to man, thus causing misery to Prometheus' creation.
