No, it was not. By the time the Russians captured Berlin the Nazis still had not gotten around to erecting a headstone on the grave. There only was a wooden marker which the Russians did not recognize and which got lost.

As a result, Heydrich is still buried somewhere in Berlin's "Invaliden"-cemetary, but no-one knows where exactly.
