What is the mystery of arcobaleno?

Not much really, just that they were adults who were cursed, and then, put back into infant form, there pacifiers represent there respective colours, sky, cloud, rain etc... and they cant get older, also all 7 of there pacifiers are also one of the three keys used in the "ultimate power"
