the headlight adjustment screws on a 1987-1993 Ford Mustang are behind the headlights in the engine compartment.

there is a radiator core support directly behind the headlights, between the headlamp and the core support is where the adjustment screws will be found. They are very small (4MM) hex head adjusters.
