How long does it take to fly to Milwaukee from Las Vegas?

If you are going from Milwaukee to Vegas, which is going with the jet stream, the flight should only be about 2 hours. However, againstthe jet stream should be 3 hours. This is approx as I am basing it on similar flights I have taken between each coast.
