Which country has the best police force?

Police Forces were invented by the British but I Would say the Hong Kong police force are the best as they were based and trained by British S.A.S special Forces.

well i personally think that hardcore wise would be the Germans but America is the most safe at saving people and not killing the innocents

"Best" is a relative term. Do you determine this by how much training its officers receive, how much they are paid, the level of crime in their cities or countries, or how many criminals they apprehend?

By the way, the Hong Kong police are not trained by the SAS.
