Do you need to add PS Fluid to 2000 BMW 328I?

Yes if your Power Steering system is low, it does not use conventional power steering fluid, it uses a mineral power steering fluid called Pentosin CHF 11s. You should be able to order it from your local auto parts store. Or go to your local BMW dealership.
