What is a Colombian fascist?

Lately yes. it is a well kept secret that the president of Colombia was a paramilitary. his vice president controls the media cause he owns it! several independent communists have been executed then transported to the country side and named casualties of the war. militarism and nationalism along with violations of leftist organizations as well as other incidents make me think Colombia is heading towards a fascist state.
