How causes water vapor to form?

Water vapor forms through the process of evaporation, where liquid water is heated by the sun or other sources, causing molecules to gain energy and transition into a gaseous state. This can occur from bodies of water, soil, or even living organisms. Additionally, processes like transpiration from plants and sublimation from ice also contribute to the formation of water vapor in the atmosphere.
