When do Ashley furniture send out 2010 w2 forms?

I am a tax preparer in Pontotoc, MS.

Business have until JANUARY 31st to actually put their W2s in the mailbox to send out. Ashley Furniture W2s will be mailed out from Wisconsin, so they should be received by Feb 5th. That is just an estimated time, but IRS requires the forms be mailed out NO Later than JAN 31. Hope this helps
