Most likely, she's size 8.5 or 9, which is 39 and 40 size in Europe, respectively.

I think she sold some shoes from a movie at size 38 (7.5 US), but she's most accurately a size larger, where her feet appear *stuffed* into her shoes, toes to the edge or crunched. You need about half an inch of wiggle room for toes ...not crunched, so she needs close to an inch...8.5 min.
