Why does no one remember Obama in college?

First, it is false to say that "nobody remembers him." This assertion is based on an internet myth, promoted by the president's political opponents, and especially by people like Donald Trump; but there is no truth to it. Many people who knew the president at both Columbia and Harvard have been interviewed, and Mr. Obama was also written up in the alumni magazines of both colleges. Further, at Harvard, he was the editor of the Law Review, so we have his written work, plus his college adviser has spoken about what kind of student he was. When people claim "nobody knew him," they are being intentionally dishonest.
