Can you sue a mobile home park manager for harassing a potential buyer for your home?

you could probably bring a civil suit against him, or something. however, it would probably be more feasible for the actually harassed individual to file suit. unless of course it caused an actual possibility of sale from happening, then maybe you can both litigate, for different and same causes. seek real legal advice on this matter. i would!
