Yes. But MDMA (ecstasy) can only be detected 2 to 5 days after it's use, and even if you were to be tested less than 48 hours after ingestion, chances are it wouldn't show up. It really depends on what is the dose you take, as MDMA reduces in half every six hours in your body. If you take a single dose, it is down to 1 mg in 48 hours so the chances of detecting it are quite low.

Most companies, workplaces, etc. don't test for MDMA; as it's quite pointless and there's little chance that one will test positive.
