The FDA recommends to at most take 60 mg per day. Doctors prescribe this in divided doses, of maximum 30 mg a dose every 6 hours.
100mg of Adderall, in one dose, could and likely will lead to adverse side effects listed on the PI sheet. The biggest things to worry about are having a heart attack, going into psychosis, liver damage, dehydration, and also, the medication not working anymore because you would be raising your tolerance - which means a nasty withdrawal after.
If you're taking sedatives or NE or dopamine blockers with it, it might not be the same, but adderall also increases norepinephrine and serotonin - which will still cause increased blood pressure risk of stroke and possibly serotonergenic problems.
Please be safe and only take a legally prescribed dosage. It is not worth the pain in the end.
