What do you do when the wheel on the front drivers side scrub when you hit a bump in the road?

i assume your running bigger wheels/tyres? and/or lowered suspension

if car is standard, you have verilly broken something!! if safe, take it to a garage!!

if modified, then.

find where on the car the tyre is scrubbing, look for marks on the tyre, and corresponding marks on the arches.

if on the outside of the tyre, you may need to roll your arches, or go for smaller wheels / higher suspension.

if on the inside of the tyre (unlikely) look to see if a 'wheel spacer' would stem the wheel out far enough to stop the scrub, but still leave enough clearance on the wheel arch..........
