Are Angels in heaven like robots or do they have free will?

They had free will until the fall. The ones who went with Satan (a third of them) are now damned forever. The ones who stood with the Lord are now sanctified, and can sin no more. It will be the same with us. Once we go to be with the Lord we will no longer sin, because we will think as he does.
