What causes head pressure and ringing in the ears?

Over-fatigue causes head-pressure and ringing in the ears. Also a sinus infection and sometimes the start of the flu or a bad cold. Try taking your hair blower and put it on low until it's warm and then gently let the warm air go into each ear for about 20 seconds. This will help to alleviate some of it. Migraines can also do this so if it last for more than a few days it's best to see your doctor.
