How many times does Jesus rebuke Satan out of people?

Many many times. Casting out of devils was part of Jesus' ministry.

Here is one of many Scriptures that show this -

"When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with [his] Word, and healed all that were sick:"
